Delerium is not good policy

Bush swears the economy is fine and the more he speaks, the more you worry he may be losing his mind.

In other news, the Canadian dollar has evened up with the US dollar, for the first time since I was in kindergarten. Molson's in Montreal are once again at face value for those of you paying with greenbacks. But Bush swears there is nothing to worry about.

Right.
